The **** bag is of super quality, value for money and exactly same as the picture!!!

Delayed delivery

Had to send the order as delivery was delayed by the courier vendor.
Received the refund for the order. The experience with customer care rep for this was good. The refund was processed quickly.

Love the colour. Material is of good quality and sturdy. My initial bag’s zipper came undone and wouldn’t stay closed and the company was quick to initiate a replacement under their one year warranty. Thanks for that! Glad to have my bag back which looks super dope!
