Is the 30-day free trial available for purchases made at the store?

No, we do not offer a 30-day free trial for purchases made at our retail stores. However, we do accept exchange or replacement requests within 30 days of the sale, provided the product is in a saleable condition.

Can I exchange my Mokobara at the retail store?

We accept exchange requests at our retail store, provided that the product(s) to be exchanged was/were purchased offline. Please note that same-day exchanges depend on the stock availability of your preffered product in-store.

What is the return policy for my product?

We do not accept returns on any purchase. We accept exchange requests within 30 days of the purchase, provided that the item is in the same condition as it was at the time of sale and accompanied by the original invoice.

How are invoices delivered after the purchase?

Invoices are shared over email post-purchase. It's important to provide your email address during the purchase process to ensure receipt of the invoice over email.

No, store purchases cannot be exchanged online. Exchanges can be done at any store, provided that the item is in the same condition as it was during the time of sale and accompanied by the original invoice.

No, we currently do not have any provisions to help get your Mokobara repaired at our retail stores.
