Does the 30-day trial apply to all Mokobara products?
Almost. The 30-day trial does not apply to:
- The Travel Pillow
- The Take-out Lunch Bag
- The Moko Pin
- The Packing Cubes
- The Iconic Luggage Cover
- Backpacks, briefcases and accessories that have been personalised
Additionally, B2B purchases and purchases made via Multi Brand Outlets (such as Shoppers stop, Lulu, etc ) and Quick Commerce ( such as Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart etc) are not covered under this policy.
However purchases from Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra are covered under the 30-day trial policy.
Can I exchange my Mokobara under the 30-day trial?
Yes, exchanges are possible for orders placed on the website and retail stores. For purchases made on mokobara.com, kindly login and exchange from your order history, for purchases made at a Mokobara Store, exchanges can be made at any of our exclusive retail outlets. Please find the list of retail stores here. However, please note that purchases made on www.mokobara.com can only be exchanged online and Mokobara store purchases can only be exchanged at a Mokobara store (any store across the country!)
Can I return my Mokobara before the 30-day trial ends?
Absolutely!
What if I don’t have my invoice? Can I still return my Mokobara?
No, the original invoice is mandatory for processing any return under the 30-day trial policy.
Can I return/exchange my Mokobara if I bought it from a Marketplace like Amazon or Flipkart?
We accept returns for purchases made through all marketplaces (except Quick Commerce & Multibrand outlets - listed here) on our website and in our stores.
However when it comes to exchanges, any orders made outside of an exclusive Mokobara Store and the Mokobara website (www.mokobara.com) are not serviceable.
How long does the return process take?
We at Mokobara try to make your return happen as quickly as possible! However, we do need you to be patient with us through the process as it might take a little time. Here are the series of events and the estimated time each process takes:
- Return Approval: Usually takes 24-48 hours from the time of request
- Pickup: Scheduled within 2-3 working days from approval.
- Refund: Processed within 5-7 working days of pickup completion.
How will I receive my refund?
By default, we process the refund to the source account or the account submitted by you at the time of filling the refund request.
In case there is an issue in completing the refund to your source account, we will send a link to your submitted mobile number which allows you to enter your bank/UPI details and immediately have the amount credited to the same.
Tip: Due to technical restrictions, we recommend submitting an Indian Bank account for a seamless refund.
What if I want to return my Mokobara but am traveling or unable to do so before 30 days? Can I still return it later?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns beyond the 30-day trial period.
My pickup location is unserviceable. What should I do?
If our courier partners cannot pick up from your location, you can self-ship the package to our warehouse. We will reimburse the shipping cost along with your refund.
Please contact our Customer Experience team for the warehouse address, shipping details and share your self-shipping invoice with us.
What if I return my bag with personal belongings inside?
Retrieving personal belongings can be challenging once the return has been processed. However, we do understand that these things happen. Please email us at support@mokobara.com, and our team will try their best to locate and return your items if found.
Can I exchange my Mokobara for a new one at your stores?
Yes, you can get your Mokobara exchanged for another one that’s available at any of our exclusive stores across India.
Please note: If the price has changed since you bought your Mokobara, we unfortunately won’t be able to accommodate the price difference.
My Mokobara was purchased at a store. But I won’t be able to go to one at the moment. Can I exchange/return it through a pickup?
Exchanges are only possible in-store.
Alternatively, you could fill out this form above. This allows the product to be picked up from your home, and subsequently, a refund is processed.
How many times can I exchange/return my Mokobara within the 30-day trial?
The 30-day trial is designed to help you find the perfect Mokobara for your unique travel needs. Since each product is built to serve a specific use case, we offer one exchange within the trial period.
If the exchanged product also doesn’t meet your needs, we recommend opting for a refund instead. You can avail this within 30 days of receiving your exchanged product.

Can I return my product and get a credit note instead of a refund? What's the validity, where can I use it?
Yes, within our 30-day trial period, you can return your product and receive a credit note instead of a refund. These credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Here's how it works depending on where you made your purchase:
Store Purchases: Please visit the store where you made the purchase within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return for a store credit note. This credit note can be used at any of our physical store locations within its 30-day validity.
Online Purchases: Please reach out to us at support@mokobara.com within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss returning your online purchase for an online credit note. These credit notes are for use on our website only and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
