If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at support@mokobara.com and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.



The 30 day trial

We want you to love your Mokobara as much as we do. So, get yours and put it to the test. The magic really lies in the experience :)

If you’re still not sure it fits into your life, send it back for a full refund or exchange it with another Mokobara.

Please note: 

  1. The 30 day trial, returns or exchanges are not applicable to personalised/engraved products, as they are made to order. To start a return, Click here 
  2. Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  3. The 30-day trial is applicable only to purchases made on www.mokobara.com. This offer does not apply to purchases from our physical retail stores or other e-commerce platforms.

Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 12 to 15  working days to credit the refund money to your account. 

In case it is taking longer than 12 to 15 working days , please drop an email to support@mokobara.com  and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.

Please note that Gift Card, Moko 6E Cabin, Moko 6E Check-in and Moko 6E Set of 2 and Engraved products cannot be returned once purchased.
