If you’re not totally satisfied with any part of your purchase for any reason at all, please email us at support@mokobara.com and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right.
For most products: we offer a 30-day trial (except personalized products)
Put this piece to the test on your next trip and make sure it’s right for you—We know you’ll love itbut if you don’t, just send it back for a full refund, or exchange it for any other Mokobara product.
30 day trial, returns, or exchanges are not applicable on personalized/engraved products as they are made to order.

Please be aware that returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
The 30 day trial offer is not applicable to purchases made at our physical retail store.
Refund Process:
Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 12 to 15 working days to credit the refund money to your account.
In case it is taking longer than 12 to 15 working days , please drop an email to support@mokobara.com and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.
Please note that Gift Card, Moko 6E Cabin, Moko 6E Check-in and Moko 6E Set of 2 and Engraved products cannot be returned once purchased.
