Once you have initiated a return/exchange on our website, we will confirm the pickup date and time. Our delivery partners will pick up the orders from you and the luggage will be checked against the trial and return policies. Upon successful verification, an exchange or refund will be initiated.
Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 10 to 12 working days to credit the refund money to your account.
In case it is taking longer than 10 to 12 working days , please drop an email to email@example.com and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.
