The product is overall excellent. 1 flaw i though was no cushioning near the belt area which is required.

So this was a gift to me by the family and i have used it extensively over my travels. But after 8 months noticed that there was a tear on the inside zipper and reached out to the customer care for repair.
Honestly I expected a push back and excuses, like bought on Amazon etc etc (given the experiences with other brands) , but the shocker was how all it took was one call and a 5 min form filling and they sent a replacement!
Love how they converted the complaint into an opportunity

I purchased the Mokobara Terra Work bacpack a couple of weeks ago. I really adore the design. There are very things where I care about style and design. Backpack is one of them. The number of compartments along with the utility just fits the right way for me.
The quality has also been pretty good so far. Will update again after a year or so as I use most of my backpacks atleast for a few years.
I purchased a Mokobara bag about 58 days ago, and honestly, I’m quite disappointed. The quality hasn't lived up to the brand's reputation at all. Right from the beginning, the material felt cheaper than expected, and over time, it only got worse — the fabric started showing signs of wear and tear way too early. For the price point, I definitely expected something more durable and premium.
The zippers are not as smooth as they should be, and the stitching in some areas seems a bit weak. The overall finish lacks that refined touch you would expect from a brand marketing itself as "luxury travel gear." Even the design, though stylish at first glance, doesn't feel very functional once you start actually using the bag. The compartments aren't as thoughtfully designed as they claim, and the bag doesn't hold its structure well when packed.
Another issue is that the bag is heavier than expected when empty, which defeats the purpose of "easy travel.
Overall, I don't feel like Mokobara delivers on the quality or experience they promise.
Good quality
practically pays for itself.
