Luggage: 
We offer a 6 year worry-free warranty on our Iconic Range, Access Range and Em Range. We currently offer a 3 year warranty on our Transit Range. 

Backpacks, briefcases and totes: 
We offer a 12 month worry-free warranty on our backpacks, briefcases and select totes.

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any defective material or component, and not regular wear and tear.

Yes! We provide an international warranty which allows you to claim a full refund for your product. While we don’t currently offer global servicing, we’d be happy to arrange a product replacement if/when you’re able to visit India.

The Moko Tracker works with both Apple and Android devices. On iOS, it connects via Apple's Find My network; on Android, it works through Google's Find Hub network. During the initial setup you choose one network — the tracker cannot run on both simultaneously. Switching networks later requires a factory reset. All you need is Bluetooth enabled and an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) on your phone.

Yes. Perform a factory reset on the tracker (double-press, then hold the button for 5 seconds until you hear four beeps) and it can be linked to any new Google or Apple account. If transferring to a new Apple account, you must first remove the tracker from the previous Apple account in the Find My app on the original iPhone — this is an Apple requirement, not a Mokobara limitation. After removal, the new owner follows the standard setup steps.

The Moko Tracker's battery is built-in and non-removable. It's designed to last up to 5 years on Android and 3 years on iOS.

When it reaches end of life the entire tracker should be disposed of per your local e-waste regulations — do not attempt to disassemble, crush, puncture, or expose it to temperatures above 75 °C.
