How do I place a return under the 30 day trial?
To place a return, you can either schedule a home-pickup at mokobara.com/30daytrial or drop it off at your nearest Mokobara store. You can use the store locator on our website to find the store closest to you.
Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery for online orders, and 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store purchases.
Does the 30-day trial apply to purchases made only on the Mokobara website?
Our 30-day trial is applicable to purchases made on our website, at any of our retail stores and on ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.
If you’ve purchased your Mokobara in-store or from e-commerce platforms make sure to hold on to your invoice. We will need it to process your return request.
It does not apply to B2B orders, purchases made via quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.), or purchases from multi-brand outlets (Shoppers Stop, Relay, etc.).
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed in 7 to 8 business days.
Are there any exemptions under the 30-day trial?
The 30-day trial is not applicable to travel accessories like the Packing Cubes, the Moko Pin, the Take-out Lunch Bag and the Travel Pillow.
Please note that luggage sets must be returned in their entirety. Individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.
Do you accept exchanges under the 30-day trial?
For products both purchased and returned at our stores: you can choose either a full refund or store credit for an exchange.
We currently do not accept exchange requests for returns being made on the Mokobara website.
