Refund Process:

Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 12 to 15  working days to credit the refund money to your account. 
In case it is taking longer than 12 to 15 working days , please drop an email to hello@mokobara.com and we will fix it as soon as possible.

mclub Terms and Conditions:

  1. Your mobile number is your unique identification for the mclub membership.
  2. Membership once purchased cannot be returned or cancelled.
  3. Membership benefits can only be used by the mclub member, and are not transferable.
  4. The membership benefits are only applicable on Mokobara.com
  5. Membership will automatically expire after 3/6 months without any option of auto-renewal.
  6. The mclub membership is for individuals only. It is not a corporate membership and cannot be used for bulk/B2B orders.
  7. Misuse of the membership benefits may result in termination of membership or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd.
  8. Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd  reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions as well as change rules and regulations governing mclub membership without prior notice. The member will be informed about any change within a specific time frame.
  9. Benefits and offers including the 5% discount may change without prior intimation. Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations or offers.
  10. Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd will endeavour to ensure the availability of services provided by mclub partners but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure of partners to provide services or for any reason whatsoever.
  11. Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse 100 days trial to a customer without assigning any reason.
  12. The courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes between any member and Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions.



    Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd will endeavour to keep members’ information confidential but may provide some user information to its agency and third-party service provider under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain complete confidentiality of the database. Mokobara Lifestyle Pvt Ltd will use the member’s personal data only to provide them with information relating to products and services offered by Mokobara.
